Info: This year's festival boasts a number of leading historians. On 4 April BBC History Magazine Founder Editor Greg Neale chairs a discussion by Alison Weir and Tracy Borman on royal mistresses. Some other speakers of note are Roy Strong on the English country church, David Kynaston on austerity Britain, Michael Burleigh on the cultural history of terrorism and Douglas Hurd on Robert Peel.
