Hunting Eichmann by Neal Bascomb

I've just read this gripping book about the capture of Eichmann - even though I knew the outcome I was riveted and could not put it down. The story of the capture is fascinating involving many brave players (most who had lost family in the holocaust) and a world environment in the 1950s where some leading ex-Nazis were living freely and, in some cases, still in positions of authority. Eichmann is shown to have become a pathetic man when he lost the props of power - and a chilling man who appeared not to believe he was guilty of any crime against humanity.A book well worth reading.
